days. It's very unfortunate, and even kids are getting fatter. Obesity
is running at record levels, and it's not just here the United States
either. Did you know that more than 100 million Chinese are now having
problems with diabetes and obesity, that never happened before because
their diet was fish and Rice. But now with more Chinese entering the
middle class, they are eating more, and much of the same first world
junk food that we eat.
Apparently, we are exporting our unhealthy lifestyles to China, as they are exporting all of their products to us. What's wrong with this picture I ask? The answer is simple, Americans spend too much time fussing around with their computers, watching TV and sitting on their butts all day. If you truly want to lose weight, there are a few things you need to do. What you need to do is to exercise each and every day, even if you just take a walk for two or 3 miles.
Additionally, you obviously need to eat better, and you need to eat the right foods. You need to have healthy snacks and less junk food. But did you know there are healthy snacks that taste just like junk food, specially formulated with all sorts of wonderful antioxidants in them? Some foods are naturally endowed with such bonuses.
