Our Spirit reminds our Mind, that our Body is indeed in need of repair and we had better start doing something about or? This choice means you are ready to try one more time. Here we go again. Will it really make a difference?
- The last choice we have is to start over again. Yes, no matter what your age, or your body size and enormous stress you have, starting over is the option that life confronts you with subconsciously everyday. This is the most difficult choice you have to make. This choice means you need to buckle down. It means you need to study and make your life the most important reason for you to "stay alive".
- Most of our life is spent in denial of why the foods we eat is hurting us. The damage we are putting our body through every-day, until we feel pain, shows us just how strong your body really is. Yes, the physical or mental anguish we go through often is the trigger that gets our attention. Does it work? Sorry, our minds are only confused and we get up, wipe ourselves clean, and just continue on our way? Sound familiar? This is one of the main reasons choice #1 is the most popular option.
- The world is full of weight loss programs that can help us and history will show that the weight loss industry will become one of the biggest the world has ever seen. What is the success rate of all these programs, most of which are actually a very viable solution, questions our real ability to have complete control over our Body, Mind and Spirit? The results of this #2 choice is already creating havoc with our health care system. Governments of the world are confused, imagine how you can feel?
- Option or choice #3 must become the one we turn our attention to. Only when you have become sick and tired of trying and falling at the first two choices, will you open your mind to a permanent lifestyle change that can get you on the right path.
