How I Lost 25 Pounds in 30 Days - My Weight Loss Story

Now that I have your attention, I know you can do it to. Losing weight quickly is the number one motivator for most people today and that is only human. How to lose the weight and keep it off permanently is the weight loss goal we all seem to fail at.

How I lost 25 pounds in 30 Days-My weight loss story:
  1. It has taken me years of dieting and understanding of what doesn't work to find the solution I really needed.
  2. After trying so many times it becomes a habit hard to break. Realising my goal was and still is exhilarating.
  3. Try, try and continue trying is the best motivator. Getting it right is not the greatest accomplishment, trying and determination is the hard work I thank myself for and I want you to understand that the total amounts of time I have tried are a reflection of my desire not my failures.
  4. Eating for Energy instead of eating to survive is key to success in losing the weight quickly. Feeling great all the time is a great motivator.
  5. 98% of me has always know what to do but how and what to eat has always eluded me. Stop blaming yourself. Start learning and eating smart. It becomes easier everyday.
  6. I stopped counting calories, carbs, % of fat etc.
  7. I am eating more fruits and vegetables everyday.
  8. I never go hungry.
  9. I walk at least 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week.
  10. I avoid most sugar and all processed foods.
  11. I sleep 7 to 8 peaceful hours every night.
I have a plan that is proven to work if I listen and learn and follow. Weight loss is all a matter of being aware of what your life means to you. Here are the questions you need to ask in order to be successful at losing weight permanently.
  • Am I worth it? Is my life important enough to me to want to reach my goals?
  • Do I have a mental picture of the me I really want to look and feel like?
  • Are my goals worthy of life? Do I feel the real me wanting to give back to those that really matter to me? Am I sure I really matter to me?
  • Am I ready to work hard to achieve the greatest results I know I can attain, and maintain the new me for the rest of my life?
Now that you have made that decision and know you will succeed, all you need is to follow my lead and get moving, start today and lose the weight you need to feel the best you have ever felt in years.
 
Making the decision to lose weight quickly is the greatest motivation. Results, is the greatest prize of all.
